Had a lovely bank holiday weekend here with my partner. We camped in one of the fields and the facilities were very modern and always clean when we went to use them. Would definitely recommend coming here! Staff are lovely and approachable too!

River Trent on your doorstep, simple quiet campsite, lots of space for children and childish adults to run around and play, friendly staff, walks and pubs down the road, 3rd time visiting and wasn’t until this visit I fully appreciated the location and peaceful atmosphere. Beautiful surrounds without being in the circus like atmospheres of the bigger national parks. Friendly staff, go above and beyond.

Definitely needs a shop even for the basics for camping for size of the campsite doesn’t even sell gas ! In my opinion to have such a facility means consideration towards their customers The staff are polite but we was unaware of an event that was happening on site for charity such these kind of information when you book in on site would have been helpful The pitch’s are good in size and flat and the site/toilet block is very clean the washing up facilities have been well equipped and is inside instead of just being under a canopy It’s a nice little stroll to the pub walking by the river which is very nice watching the boats and water skiing go up and down If you have children there’s very little for them to do here no play area and no kites can be flown and no water fights For a families I think it could be nice to maybe look at having a petting corner for the young ones as well Little things can make all the difference to a family holiday experience

Stayed here for 4 nights with our two dogs on the rally field. Lovely quiet place. Facilities big and spacious and very clean. Very dog friendly, lots of dog walks around. Lots of places to eat and visit and dog friendly. Definitely recommend and will be coming back 😊

Found this place on Google earth, took a ride out and turned up without a booking expecting to be turned around. The staff on site were super friendly and helpful, found me a decent spot on the field and even escorted me to it, after I had paid of course. Pitch was lovely and level with well cut grass and plenty of spacing between each pitch, facilities were immaculate. Toilets and shower area super clean, it also had a lovely pot washing area. No clubhouse that I was aware of, but saying that, not really needed as the Ferry Boat pub at Church Laneham is a really steady 10 minute walk away. And very nice the pub was too. Good atmosphere, great choice of beers and fantastic food. Would I visit Trentfield Farm again?? Absolutely!

Just returned from a cheeky last minute weekend away. This campsite just perfect, very clean, very large pitches. Some lovely walks by the river. Only downside is you can't really let dogs off a lead on any of the walks as the River Trent is deep and tidal.... Lovely pub about 10min walk away, there is a cafe on the side which does amazing breakfasts and homemade cakes Hosts are very helpful. Would recommend.

Just returned from a lovely 10 day stay at Trentfield Farm. The site was quiet and spacious, facilities good and always clean and Kaz and Rich were super friendly and helpful. Our family came to stay over the weekend and we were all able to pitch together. Enjoyed cycling and visiting Retford (especially the water park for the children). Great pub for food was a short walk away. We’ll definitely be coming back.

As you approaching, all you can notice is the big power station right next to it, which is very off-putting. Luckily, we couldn't see it from our field. The fields are decent size, but the place needs more amenities. Two handwashing sinks and 3 toilets are not enough for the size of a campsite. Also, it would benefit from some play area for the kids. There's plenty of space for it. The nearest supermarket is about half an hour away, so if there was some small shop on the site, it would be great. It can be much better than it is.

On arrival I was alarmed to see so many kids on site but the site had very strict rules about noise and at 11pm it was very quiet. To be fair the kids played games all weekend and were very well behaved. The site has very strict rules on closing times so don’t be late you will not get in which is fair enough everyone needs to have a break after a long day. Everyone was friendly and everything was clean and it’s a great location. 😎☀️

We have just returned from 2 nights at this wonderful gem of a site. It is extremely well maintained, all facilities are spotless and every member of staff we came across were incredible. Having 2 young boys, the site is perfect for letting them play safely on the field. Pitches are spacious and very well laid out. Highly recommend for a peaceful, relaxing break away.
